FREE TRACKED SHIPPING

Shipping is free on every order, to every country listed below. No shipping cost is added at checkout. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

WHERE WE DELIVER AND HOW LONG IT TAKES

Estimated delivery times are given in business days and start from the moment your order is confirmed.

Spain and the European Union

Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal: 4 to 9 business days.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden: 4 to 9 business days.

Rest of the world

Japan: 4 to 7 business days.

United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 7 to 12 business days.

United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia: 7 to 15 business days.

Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine: 12 to 50 business days. Delivery to these countries uses a slower postal route. We prefer to state this honestly rather than promise a date we cannot hold.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

For destinations outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may be applied by the customs authority of the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to contact@klyvaa.com with your order number. We will resend your order or refund it in full.
