• Write to contact@klyvaa.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged part.
• We confirm your active subscription and ship a replacement at no cost.
• No return shipping, no forms, no questions.

What is covered

• The brush handle, including the head connector.
• The wall mount and its lid.

What is not covered

• The disposable heads themselves, which are single-use by design.
• Damage caused by use outside normal bathroom cleaning.

Conditions

• The guarantee applies while your refill subscription is active, whatever the delivery frequency.
• If you cancel, you keep the standard 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase, plus your legal rights, which remain unaffected.
• You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
